The challenge here was to generate music or musical elements born from acoustic phenomena.
I experimented by imagining that the acoustic phenomena mentioned here occur in the natural world.
In Track 1, a long tone with a variety of overtone structures was created by changing the modulation frequency and depth of FM modulation, and the left and right channels were processed with different reverberation spaces.
As a result, deep harmonies and melodies are created with heavy drones consisting of only two tones, either semitones or whole tones.
Track 2 has a layer of arbitrary sounds that are not synchronized at all, but a hidden rhythmic harmony was born, like a chorus of insects on an autumn night.
